Our system, the E-Cyclor, produces HBI by utilizing a variety of reductants (such as hydrogen or syngas) while reducing carbon emissions (CO2). It has the capability of efficiently reducing iron ore and a variety of iron-rich materials including fines and dust, currently considered waste in the industry. With the E-Cyclor system, companies are able to increase revenue by reducing costs and emissions.




  • Designed to be modular and plug-and-play, offering flexibility pre- and post-installation with multiple combinations based on customer specifications.
  • The E-Cyclor is a scalable system for all ranges of production capacity needs–
    from 16k tons to 5m tons per year. A high-speed modular reactor is installed and maintained on-site, eliminating the need for capital equipment investment or maintenance concerns.

  • The proprietary E-Cyclor System recycles its own internal energy, redirecting heat and gasses to create a self-reinforcing cycle, reducing external energy requirements.
  • Our fast, economical, and ultra-low emission process contributes to a greatly reduced carbon footprint without compromising affordability.

  • Processes microfines, eliminating 10% of iron ore currently lost while also cleaning up existing piles.
  • On-site units create HBI directly from produced DRI fines, eliminating pelletization and briquetting, removing the need for costly, energy-intensive, and CO2-emitting plants, while cutting emissions and costs associated with transportation

  • Capable of processing iron-rich materials, including ore, fines, and dust.
  • Flex-fuel input allows for use of any energy or gas source, including renewable sources, green and blue hydrogen, natural gas, syngas, biogas, etc.
